No, only the local-anaesthesia injections are felt for a few minutes. After that you are completely numb during the 6–8-hour procedure.

Yes, but they cannot sit in the operating room. We have a waiting area with Wi-Fi and refreshments.

Check-in 09:00, anaesthesia, extraction, lunch break, recipient channels, implantation. You leave at approximately 16–17:00 with after-care instructions.

Most patients are back at work within 3–5 days. Avoid physical training, sauna and direct sun for 2 weeks.

Transplanted hair is genetically resistant to DHT and is permanent. Original surrounding hair may continue to thin, we can recommend prevention.

We have agreements with several hotels in central Gothenburg within 5–10 minutes walking distance from the clinic. We send recommendations after booking.

For a hair transplant we recommend at least 3 nights: arrive day 0, surgery day 1, first wash day 2, travel home day 3.

Yes, flying poses no medical risk after 24 hours. Avoid heavy luggage on the donor area.

Yes. A binding fixed price is set at your consultation. No hidden fees on the day of surgery.

Card, bank transfer (SEPA), or financing via Medical Finance (for residents of Sweden). 20% deposit on booking, balance 5 days before surgery.

Yes, if the grafts have not grown after 12 months, we re-do that part of the transplant free of charge.
