01What types of hair transplants are there?
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and DHI (Direct Hair Implantation). Both give natural, permanent results.
02How much hair can I transplant?
A FUE treatment typically covers 1,000-10,000 grafts. The amount depends on your donor hair and recipient area.
03Are hair transplants painful?
Painless thanks to local anaesthesia. Most people only need paracetamol afterwards.
04How long is the recovery time?
Most people are back at work within 7-10 days. Final result after 10-12 months.
05Is the result permanent?
Yes. The follicles from the donor area are genetically resistant to hair loss.

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is taken from your own blood and contains growth factors that strengthen the follicles.

02How long should I stay in Gothenburg?
For a hair transplant we recommend at least 3 nights: arrive day 0, surgery day 1, first wash day 2, travel home day 3.
03Can I fly home the day after?
Yes, flying poses no medical risk after 24 hours. Avoid heavy luggage on the donor area.
