We meet at Vasaplatsen 2 in Gothenburg (or online). Fazli analyses your hair situation, assesses donor capacity and discusses realistic expectations. You get to see documented results from similar cases.

Binding fixed price
You receive a written treatment plan with the exact number of grafts, technique (FUE or DHI), price and guarantee terms. No added fees later, the price is binding and includes follow-ups for 12 months.

Preparation at home
Two weeks before: stop nicotine, no blood-thinning medication, moderate alcohol. We send a checklist. The day before: wash your hair with regular shampoo, sleep well, eat breakfast.

The procedure day
You arrive at 09:00. Local anaesthesia, no sedation. We take grafts from the donor area (FUE) and implant them in the recipient area. Breaks for lunch and rest. You go home in the evening.

After-care, 14 days
You receive written after-care: how to shampoo, sleep, avoid sun and exercise. The crusts fall off after 7-10 days. No visible impact after 2 weeks apart from short hair in the area.

Follow-up + final result
We meet at 3, 6 and 12 months. Standardised photos, documentation of growth. The final result appears at 10-12 months when all follicles have activated and reached their final density.

Timeline during healing
What happens in the scalp over 12 months?
A hair transplant is not a one-day result, it is a biological process that takes time. Here is what you can expect during each phase.
Day 0
The procedure
Local anaesthesia, grafts are taken from the donor area and implanted according to the plan.
Day 1-7
Crust phase
Small crusts form around each graft. No pain, mild redness. Gentle shampooing from day 3.
Week 2-4
Shock loss
The transplanted hairs fall out while the roots stay in place. This is normal and part of the cycle.
Month 3-4
First growth
New hair starts to grow, thin and fine. Increasing density over the following months.
Month 6
Clear difference
About 60 percent of the final result is visible. Most people already feel happy at this point.
Month 10-12
Final result
Full density and a natural look. The new hairline is permanent and can be cut, styled and coloured like normal hair.

01How soon after the consultation can I book an appointment?
We usually have a 4 to 6 week wait for the next available procedure day. At the consultation you get access to our calendar and can book directly if you want to proceed.
02Do I have to decide the same day?
No, the treatment plan and fixed price are valid for 90 days. You get time to think, compare with other clinics and talk to family. We do not follow up with sales calls.
03Do I get anaesthesia during the procedure?
Yes, local anaesthesia is given first in the donor area and then in the recipient area. You are fully awake throughout, can talk, listen to music or watch a film. Many people close their eyes and relax.
04Is the procedure painful?
The only uncomfortable part is the anaesthesia injection itself (a few pricks that fade quickly). During the procedure you feel nothing. Some experience a slight numb feeling of the scalp being "frozen" for a few hours afterwards.
05How much time off work do I need?
Most people take 5 to 7 days off. No visible marks after 10 to 14 days. If you work in an office and can wear a cap you can return earlier. Physically demanding work (training, construction) should wait 2 weeks.
06Will I meet Fazli himself, not assistants?
Yes. Fazli leads the procedure himself from start to finish. Our assistants help with preparation and implantation following his instructions, but the main assessment and hairline planning are always done by him.
07What if I live far away?
Many of our patients travel from Stockholm, Malmö and across the Nordics. We have agreements with hotels near the clinic. The consultation can be done online if you prefer.
08When does the final result show?
The real final result grows in over 10 to 12 months. Most people see a clear difference already at 6 months, and final density is reached at 12 months. After that the result lasts for life, because transplanted hair is genetically resistant.
