Beard transplant, everything you need to know
A patchy, uneven or sparse beard can be filled in permanently with your own hair. Here is a complete guide to how a beard transplant works.

A full, even beard is an important part of the look for many, but not everyone can grow one naturally. Genetics, scars, hormones or patchy hair loss can create gaps and unevenness. A beard transplant fills in the beard permanently with your own hair.
Who is it for?
A beard transplant suits you who have a sparse or uneven beard, bald patches, scars in the beard area, or who simply want to be able to shape a denser beard style. The condition is a healthy donor area, usually at the back of the head, where the hair is genetically resistant.
How it works
With FUE or DHI technique we extract the follicles one by one from the donor area and place them in the beard. The most crucial step is the angle and direction, beard hair grows in specific patterns, and each follicle must be placed to follow them. This is where the craftsmanship determines how natural the result becomes.
Recovery and result
The first few days show small crusts that come off within a week. As with a hair transplant, a shock loss occurs before the new beard grows out properly after a few months. The final result is seen at around a year, and then you can shave, trim and shape the beard just as usual, it is permanent.
What it costs
The price depends on the number of grafts. With us you get a fixed price with anaesthesia, medication, PRP and follow-up included, and a binding price at the free consultation where we assess your beard and donor area.
